These high quality portable buildings are fantastic for many uses such as sleepouts, cabins, storage, offices or to live in while you build your dream home. Made from quality materials, these buildings are built to handle the most demanding New Zealand weather conditions and built to last.

Lockup stage
kiln dried framing, ultralock flooring over foil insulation, building wrap, timber or aluminuim joinery, galvanised roof and exterior detailing.

Lined stage
lockup stage plus the added bonus of fibreglass insulation and gib to interior walls and ceilings.

Turnkey stage
Insulated, lined, interior wall and door, wired, mdf customwood skirting, scotia and architrave, does not include plastering or painting.

Although we do offer these four standard sizes, we can build at alternative sizes to suit your requirements.

Buildings are built to an extremely high standard by a qualified team. Our company is associated with a major NZ sawmill and due to this we are able to offer our buildings at a very reasonable price. All materials are purchased and passed onto the customer at wholesale price.

We can arrange delivery of the buildings to approved accessible sites. Cost of delivery is very reasonable.

Estimated waiting time is 2 - 4 weeks. This may vary depending on demand at the time. We will discuss the waiting time with you at the time of your order.

Service connections, council resource / building consent are the buyers responsibility.
